Base info: A spirit/demon of wind and night (a lilin), whose sustenance comes mostly from sexual relations with humans (as such, yes, a succubus*) - though those who cheat on others (with her), are abusers or otherwise behave cruelly are punished with sexually transmitted diseases, even if the sexual act they engaged in with her wouldn't normally be able to affect them through that particular act. (This is because any such punishment comes from Hemeda blowing it at them, usually through a blown kiss, or just blowing at them.) Any such punishments can't be spread to anyone else, even if they normally would be while having sex with someone else.
She works as a barista at a small café which tends to... move around the cities of the world every few years (all employees are supernatural creatures). Hemeda tends to "flavour" any drink that is supposed to have milk in it with some of her own (she is not the only employee doing this), which influences the customer to want to come back as soon as they can. She has sometimes taken food/lovers from these customers, which the owner doesn't care about (again, keeps them coming back).

Is the youngest daughter to the Eastern Sukkal (one of the rulers of the lilin, where their high queen/high priestess is called Lilith as a title), she's not the youngest lilin out there bu a fair stretch, but is still considered a 'baby'. The favourite of a few older sisters, if not necessarily her mother, though their relationship isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination.

Basic personality: Generally Hemeda comes across as 'light'; cheery, teasing and sweet, and thus her sharper edges can come across as a surprise and sometimes even seeming to be illogical and her mood souring and a sharp tone/words being said for no apparent reason. Mostly this happens when she gets hungry and she still hasn't very good control of her moods (hasn't bothered to learn more than making sure she controls it during her shifts). It does also happen when someone says something she doesn't approve of (cheaters and child abusers are particular dislikes), or she otherwise picks up on something she doesn't like. She just isn't very inclined to pretend good humour and a pleasant disposition if the other person displeases her, particularly as she does view humans, as much as she likes them and can bond with them individually, as food.

Basic looks: Hemeda is 145cm, curvy, and in her natural form has four breasts, two forwards-thrusting horns that rises up and forward and then curves back, and large pointed ears that look similar to a bat's, as well as bat-looking wings and a tail that ends in black flames. It does not burn anything unless she wishes it to. She has no bellybutton. Her legs are slightly 'off' and she walks on her toes, with her feet somewhat elongated. Claws cover her toes, going from large on her big toe to barely claw-looking to the smallest toe. Her skin is mottled purple and violet, and her violet hair is in huge ringlet curls down to her waist. Her eyes are pink, with black sclera.
As a human her skin is still faintly mottled (not quite to sharply obvious vitiligo appearances) in pale brown, her hair in the same sort of ringlet curls though much smaller, and can either be violet or, to blend in better, black. Her eyes are pale brown. She tends to prefer (rather to very) high heels, even if her feet look "normal" as a human, but it feels somewhat "wrong" to her not to walk on her toes, and being in high heels best recreates this.

Powers: She can lactate at will. The milk is sweet and tastes very good, even if the person normally doesn't like or drink milk (lactose intolerance doesn't matter), it's also mildly addictive. In reverse, she can induce lactation in others, and further she's capable of altering someone's physical attributes, mostly tied to genitals and such; not just shrink or grow them or otherwise change the look of genitals and breasts, but all the way to changing someone's sex.
Other powers are of course her ability to strike people with STDs of various sorts (both at will and as a result of a specific transgression), induce lust and attraction, and fly, even if her wings are too small to be used for this (they technically have no part in her flying).

The wings being useless or not, she can make them grow to a large size as well, at which point they're edged in black flame, like her tail. She can also tell whoever is having sex (alone or with someone else) within a kilometer radius of herself, and basically 'crash' nearby, remaining invisible and sponging off the sexual energy released. It doesn't give her as much as participating in sexual acts herself, but works in a pinch. Additionally, she can put others in a state (they need to already be engaged in some sort of sexual activity) where they believe they're dreaming/having a very vivid fantasy and engage in sex with them that way.
She can also suss out people's buried fantasies and kinks, even if they aren't aware of them themselves. It isn't full-blown, solid knowledge - more like a growing awareness that a situation might be turning someone on or similar things, growing into fuller understanding as she probes.

Someone who has had sex with her before and dreams/has a fantasy of her will call on her attention, partially drawing her over to them - she doesn't gain much energy from hanging around such a calling, but it does have its uses. Related to this, as a spirit Hemeda can be summoned, but one needs her official name to do so. If that can be found out, the only thing that is needed is a containing circle (salt), a medium from which she can travel through and manifest in (fire), and a sacrifice for the energy spent (anything organic works, but if this is internal organs, offal or horns, she's going to be very displeased).

Abilities: Knows the ancient languages from around Mesopotamia, and additionally Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, Kurdish, Chinese and most recently English and Spanish. Is a pretty good barista. Stronger than a regular, well-trained human man (by quite a bit). Knows how to make cheese. Knows quite a bit of simpler magic - she doesn't have a lot of magical strength, but she's versatile.

*A succubus, or, going by this alternate take, an incubus, since she's definitely a top.
